Danielle started practicing yoga many years ago after finding herself on a lifelong journey of surrender and self care. Yoga has been such a place of peace for her and she wants to share that peace with others. After years of personal practice Danielle decided to deepen her knowledge of yoga through a 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at Tulaa Yoga in Wilmington, DE. 

Danielle has a strong practice in both Vinyasa & Stationary classes for All Levels. Her most recent trainings have deepened her knowledge of the benefits of yoga and meditation with people impacted by trauma. She believes it is truly an honor to bless the body and mind with the practice of yoga.
