About Nicole Johns
Nicole’s first yoga experience was in the backroom of a loud gym in 1999. That was the beginning of a 20-year journey that has included a variety of yoga styles and depth of practice.
Nicole completed her 200 hr YTT at Dragon Spirit Arts Studio in 2019. She continues to seek opportunities to learn more about yoga philosophy and ways to make yoga accessible to all. Nicole’s current practice is focused on meditation, embodiment, and breath. She most enjoys helping others develop sustainable home practices and sharing yoga with folks who think yoga isn’t for them. Nicole’s teaching style is body-positive, playful, and gentle.
Nicole lives in Lansdowne with her family. Nicole’s other interests include: taking care of a Little Free Library, advocating for justice in public health and education, and building a healing garden.
