In this annual Giving Thanks 90 Minute Vinyasa Class... we explore Chest & Shoulder Openers to engage the Heart of our practice with Gratitude! Expect a sequence designed to offer all levels of experience something to work with in the Poses & Posture Flows, Starting with a unique heart-centered variation of Sun Salutation plus Draw Bridge & Upward Facing Bow to Reverse Table-top & Upward Facing Plank to Wild Thing & Dancer’s Side Plank, Lord of the Dance & Crescent Lunges… with of course the counter-balancing forward folds & restorative postures that bring it all home by the end… all this accompanied by an opening/closing meditation on Gratitude that seeps into the Yogic dance through meditative movement!
