With a new lunar year comes new opportunities to explore the subtle ways in which we can connect with others…through shared poses, stretches, massage, positive energy, smiles and laughs. This workshop is friendly for all levels and accessible to all bodies, while offering an opportunity to communicate through body language on a level that leaves both with a warm heart. Bring a friend or lover, a Sister or Brother, a Mother... but most importantly bring your childlike true fun-loving self, ready to be playful & share the love at this Inspired event! 

In-person participation is limited, be sure to reserve your space in advance... $65 per couple for Preregistration or $75 the day of event ($60 for DSA Members/Instructors)
