Join Gabrielle for this Special Class where you choose your own Full Moon adventure in terms of how vigorous or how mellow the practice shows up for you on each morning! Honor the Warrior within who perseveres to find peace, Feel the flow of breath calling upon us to remember our connection to the reciprocal relationship we have to Mama Earth & our direct connect to the magnificence of the Moon Rhythms. Appropriate for Experienced Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
