  • Dragon Spirit Arts Studio 201 W. Baltimore Avenue Lansdowne, PA, 19050 United States (map)

5-week series on Wednesdays @ 7:30pm EST for 60 minutes (4:30pm PST)

In this class we will learn various self-healing internal arts practices known as Qigong (Chi-Kung), which translates as Energy Work… Among the practices are Tao Yin Lung Shen, Lin Zi (Medical Chi-kung) & Radiant Lotus Women’s Qi-gong (RLWQ), the ladder of which is a program specifically designed to empower women to practice self-health care and what a majority of the practices will consist of. Expect a series of movement techniques and breath exercises that have the capacity to help practitioners realize their own individual healing potential and reach optimal levels of health. The fundamental elements of practice consist of many classical Longevity & Emotional Release techniques with a particular interest in the application for a Woman’s body… within the RLWQ we explore the developments of these Taoist classics with Shaking and Cupping, Self-Massage, Vibrational Sound Healing, the Kwan Yin Closing Meditation & Showering Qi Movements. Additional elements include the Balancing, Phoenix Opening/Closing & Movements from the Lotus Rises from the Water Form. Appropriate for women; mature adolescents to senior students of all levels.

Quote from one of her greatest Teachers…

“I have found Gabrielle to be a most committed student and teacher with incredible dedication to her Qigong practice. She not only studies and teaches Qigong and other movement practices, but is a perpetual learner who wants to understand not only how, but why a movement is done. Her focus helps in the deeper explanations of healing movements”.
