Our beautifully restored dwelling for this immersive weekend retreat allows for our Daily Yogic Arts Practices to take place Outdoors (Weather Permitting) or Indoors with plenty of space for practitioners to socially distance. Plan for a weekend of Vinyasa Flow Yoga in the Mornings & Yin Moving/Still Meditations in the Evenings, both Infused w/ Elements of the Internal Art of Qigong. Come soak in the sun to savor the shorter days approaching on the horizon as the Fall Harvest energy prepares the inner being to gather round our resources and maintain flexibility through the process of acclimating to cooler temperatures. The more relaxed atmosphere of the off-season in this restored historic beach town, along with the proximity to Sunset Lake provides the backdrop for our experience of epic colors, not only at dawn & dusk but also in the changing of the foliage.
