This special 75 minute class will take place both Virtually & in Person (limited capacity), featuring a completely relaxing Restorative Yoga Class lead by Gabrielle & accompanied by the musical soundscapes of the Tongue Drum + Singing Bowls, Flute & Vocalizations created by multi-instrumental artist, Angela Armour. Expect some sweet & soothing stretches with deep breathing exercises to draw the body deeper in a state of relaxation responses during this gentle practice culminating in a guided meditation technique (Yoga Nidra) in our final resting post ...
