At this gathering, participants will first be lead into a state of clear mind, present moment, and gratitude through using our voices.
A high-vibratory, coherent sound field will then be created using metal and crystal singing bowls. Use this time to rinse your mind and body, even out, let go, and breathe. The field created is rich with Inner and Outer Potential, and rich with Catalyst.
During, you may lay back, relax, nap, engage in restorative poses, engage in sitting practice, create your reality, engage an Inner Journey, breathe...........be..........and release!
Sound immersions enable one to get out of their own way; when this happens, one is open to deep relaxation, Divine communications, Inner Knowledge, and deep healing of the baggage stored in one’s field. This Journey is Yours.
