Join us for this Special Live Music Event that combines a 75 Minute Yoga Practice lead by Gabrielle de Burke w/ the melodic tones of the Tongue Drum played by Angela Armour… Expect a practice infused with energizing sequences of movement, balanced with relaxing music to quiet the mind and relax the body... all levels are welcome to come experience! 

Angela Armour is an eclectic musical artist who is based in the Philadelphia area. She enjoys singing, playing various instruments and writing music. She has been appreciating the healing benefits of sound and the deeply resonant and harmonious tones of the tongue drum are something she is loving to explore and share.
