In honor of Delco Arts Week & the coming of the Fall Harvest Season, we invite you to the Dragon Spirit Arts studio space in the heart of the Lansdowne Community for an evening of engaging performances ranging from Dance/Movement Theater, Spoken Word/Lyrical Poet-tree, Flow Arts & Live Acoustic Music Presentations… The Featured artists are; Ali Richardson (Lyricist/Vocalizer/Didge/Drum/Guitar) , Lydia Swaray (Singer/Songwriter), Lewin Banninger (Multi-instrumentalist/Producer/Vocalist), Angela Armour (Flow Artist/Hoop Dancer/Multi-instrumentalist/Vocalist), T. Nicole Cirone (Poet/Writer/Dancer) & Gabrielle de Burke/a.k.a. Plum Dragoness (Spoken Word/Poetess/Dancer/Movement/Flow Artist)…
The Event will be hosted Gabrielle de Burke/a.k.a. Plum Dragoness (Founder/Director of DSA), who has been presenting her work as both solo & in collaboration on International, National, Regional and Local stages for 20 years… Aside from the instructional work she now offers through her studio/Yoga School in Delaware County, she is well known for her Free Community Series at the Rotunda called Poet-tree En Motion where she has been a Resident Performance Artist , who features many other genres of presentation since 2007. The DSA studio has hosted events like this in the past but this will be the first time participating in Delco Arts Week. There will be an Open Mic/Open Stage component for those who wish to share a piece (poem/song/dance/etc.) sign up begins at 6pm!
