4-week Beginner Yoga Series
Mondays @ 7:30pm
Here you’ll learn the basics of flowing from pose to pose in the Vinyasa style, which essentially means “to place,” so we find transitions from one pose to another in a posture flow. This practice is slow paced, yet fully engaging to build a steady pace for cultivating endurance, incorporating simple variations that that train the body to mind the spirit of the practice. Be you new or experienced, come to the mat with a "beginners mind," to bring focus to the fundamental principals of a healthy practice to help avoid injury that may be encountered at a later point in practice. This series to the essentials found in all classes offered on our weekly schedule. Plan to build a solid foundation that will support a sustainable practice in years to come with opportunity to learn modifications as well as ask any questions or address concerns.
Please follow CDC guidelines, masks are optional in our studio. We offer an unlimited new student pass good for all classes in the studio (or virtually) during this series (additional registration required for each class). Appropriate for Brand New Beginner, Experienced Beginner (or any practitioners seeking a refresher).
